Last updated October 31, 2026
L&K Design (“L&K,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We collect the information you choose to send us through our contact and project request forms. That can include your name, company, email address, phone number, project location, project type and size, preferred consultation days, budget range, and anything you write in a message or notes field.
Like most websites, our hosting provider also records basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view. We use this only to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
- To reply to your message or project request and schedule a consultation.
- To prepare a proposal or quote you asked for.
- To manage a project with you if you become a client.
- To keep this website secure and protect it from spam and abuse.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
Form submissions are processed and stored by our website host, Netlify, Inc., on our behalf. If you become a client, we may share project details with contractors, vendors and consultants working on your project, only as needed to deliver it. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and project records for as long as required for business, legal and tax purposes.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@lkdesigninteriors.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy law, and we will honor them.
Children
This website is meant for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
